Using shore.buzz
shore.buzz is operated by NOW Services LLC (“we,” “us”). By using shore.buzz or signing up for the weekly picks, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions: hello@shore.buzz.
Listings are for information only
We gather events from public calendars, organizers, and tips. Dates, times, prices, and details can change or be wrong, and events can be cancelled. Confirm with the organizer before you go. We aren’t responsible for events, venues, or anything that happens at them.
We’re independent
shore.buzz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the events, venues, towns, or organizations we list unless we say so. Names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Sponsored content
Some listings or messages may be paid for by a sponsor. Anything paid for is clearly labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsors don’t get to change our other listings.
Links to other sites
We link to organizers and other sites for details and tickets. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
What you send us
If you send us an event, tip, or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and let us publish, edit, or not use it on shore.buzz and in our emails. Please don’t send anything unlawful, misleading, or that you don’t have permission to share.
Fair use of the site
Don’t misuse shore.buzz: no spamming our forms, signing up other people without their permission, trying to break or overload the site, or copying the site in bulk to republish it.
Our content
The site’s design, writing, and curation belong to shore.buzz. Feel free to share links and individual listings.
No warranties
shore.buzz is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, shore.buzz isn’t liable for any loss or damage from using the site, the emails, or the listings.
